If your morning starts with a coffee or teas with added sugar, then replace that added sugar with fresh stevia leaf. Three fresh spring can replace a teaspoon of sugar for sweetener.
During the day, hot herbal teas of fresh basil, peppermint, rosemary or sage, sweetened with stevia, are very refreshing and will be a tasty alternative to the Coca Cola or fresh juice you were drinking.

Place in a large pot and bring to a boil. after it reaches boil, bring heat down to a simmer and simmer for 20 minutes.
